We invite applications for a postdoctoral fellow working in electrochemical energy storage and conversion at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, to begin in January of 2022. The laboratory of Dr. Shuya Wei in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of New Mexico is seeking applicants for a postdoctoral fellow to conduct research on electrode synthesis, next-generation cell designs, advanced battery testing and diagnostics, and cell post-mortem analysis. The successful candidate will also be expected to write high impact papers, conduct data analysis, and work with advanced battery professionals. The successful applicant should be highly motivated, independent in the lab and a team player. Both domestic and international applicants are welcome to apply. The initial appointment will be one year with potential renewal upon satisfactory performance.
