南京理工大学王跃量子点光学课题组诚聘副教授和博士后
1. 团队及负责人介绍
王跃:教授,博士生导师,新型显示材料与器件工信部重点实验室(主任:曾海波教授),南京理工大学材料学院/格莱特研究院,2018年入选第十四批国家中组部“海外高层次人才引进计划”。以第一/通讯身份在Adv. Mater.、Nano Lett.、Laser Photonics Rev.等期刊上发表论文共25篇,其中影响因子10以上14篇,高被引论文4篇,单篇最高引用670余次。目前,课题组经费充足,现有设备:飞秒激光系统,微纳激光测试系统,瞬态吸收系统,低温系统等。详见https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0098-5359
为课题需要,现需招聘副教授和博士后,长期有效。
2. 招聘要求
具有微纳激光,或量子点制备,或量子点发光器件,或超快光谱(瞬态吸收)研究经验,具有独立科研能力、团队协作精神和良好的英文写作水平。
3. 相关待遇:
副教授:详见南理工最新副教授待遇。基础年薪约26万元(包含五险一金的自交部分,税前),学校给与15万元启动经费,39万元安家费。副教授应聘者一般应有国内著名大学或海外大学博士后工作经历,且年龄不超过35岁。学术成果特别优秀者可申请校内青年教授计划,年薪提高至35万元税前。

博士后,副教授待遇,以留校为目的。入选“国家博新计划”者年薪相应提高。
